Abstract

This paper presents an analysis about the city growth of Remígio-pb, município of paraiba state, in the microregion of ocidental Curimataú. Specifically, in the Alto da Colina located, in the urban space of this city. In recent years, the city of Remígio has shown a continuous crowth in the habitants number. Presents yet new streets, allotments, trades, new residential area, especially, habitants of low income. In that context, the infrastructure question of new residencial areas is remarkable from of precarious these spaces, as: no basic sanitation, pavements, street ligthes beetween others problems. against of exposed, with base in readings about problmes in urbans spaces, in this research sought understand the process responsible for the housing problematic in the Alto da Colina.
