Contribuição do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) para a formação docente: uma reflexão sobre o subprojeto Geografia da UFCG.

Abstract

This work has since finality contributes to a reflection as for importance of the institutional program of initiation the teaching (PIBID) in the academic formation of the course of Degree course in Geography of the UFCG. For the development of this inquiry we will use initially documents of the CAPES and annual reports of the subproject Geography, articles, books and magazines not academic like theoretical and discursive referential system. For the empirical inquiry, interviews were carried out when Geography of the UFCG is comprising eight objective and subjective questions to the participants of the Subproject PIBID. Before this pledge, we try to answer the questionamento:“ If the innovation of the PIBID is able to turn the teaching formation into the degree course courses”. Knowing that the PIBID introduces the graduating students in the schools, prontamente in the beginning of the course and agrees of that to make possible the participation in day by day of these matching schools, and in this way acquire significant experiences, knowing the school culture, having more I contact with the faculty, so that the University remains more present in the school daily life, in view of that to look to cure present problems - metodológicos in the basic teaching. Besides more, of preparing the scholarship holder ID for his future work field. Meantime, still that distant of the ideal, there are no doubts that the experience of the PIBID is seen how primordial in the teaching formation, improvement in the education and increase in value of the teaching.
