Turismo, desenvolvimento sustentável e cultura: o caso de Cabaceiras.

Abstract

This dissertation has as subject the tourism. The tourism that can be understood as a constituent phenomenon of modernity, from the peculiarity of the modern experience. Currently, it has been one of the economic activities that more grow in the world. However, independently of the related economic aspects to the tourism, it has other dimensions of the tourist phenomenon that have been investigated in the field of Sciences human beings, where if find different áreas of knowledge in its distinct forms of perception of the tourist phenomenon. At the same time, the category of analysis tourism has been studied for the scholars, and the subject has excited approachs more cross-disciplinary. It was objectifíed here to study the agricultural tourism and its relation with the sustainable development as form of social economic inclusion in the city of Cabaceiras. We stand out the importance of the tourism for the local process of identity, in the elaboration of the speech directed toward tourist enclosure for bullfighting.
