Abstract:
Through the frequent propagation of news that links about the migratory movement of the
popular masses as a result of some type of violence or persecution, it is hoped that a
proliferation of studies will be carried out on those individuals so in need of protection by
both their native nations how much they are receiving. The present research aimed to identify
the challenges of social inclusion of refugees in the city of. In order to reach the objective,
five semi-structured interviews with refugees and caretakers, all located in the city of João
Pessoa, were conducted, the interviews lasted an average of sixty minutes, in addition to
direct non-participatory observation. From the study, it was found that they consider the
choice of the city due to some degree of kinship already existing, a fundamental point for
harmonization of future demands of the work of the family and the social, although these
refugees are constantly faced with difficulties in the language , partnerships to reach a new
job, as well as a gigantic load of prejudice and taboo in relationships. Feelings of personal
fulfillment coupled with the support of social groups collaborate directly to strike the balance
between the three waits. It is also necessary to point out that the data pointed to several
specific characteristics in relation to the humanitarian aid that exists in the caregivers, as well
as in the groups of support, constituting additional variables that directly interfere in the
readaptation and balance between the personal, professional and familiar life of the refugees.
