The footwear industry in the city of Campina Grande-PB is one of the responsible for the economic development of the municipality, and within this industrial branch is the informal footwear activity,
responsible for generating jobs and income for many families, as well as causing several spatial transformations in the This activity is found in many neighborhoods of the city, especially in localities
located in the eastern part of the city of Campina Grande. In this space, there is a great concentration ofmicro industries of this follow-up, and precisely in this one that we highlight the object of study of this
research, The "Fabrication Project" or "Fabricão Calçados", located in the Santo Antônio neighborhood. Itis a space provided by the city hall to house twelve (12) micro industries of the footwear sector, being oneof the most important spaces that work with this follow-up In the municipality, in view of this, a case
study was carried out in the same, with the objet To discuss how the industrial dynamics of the “Fabricão” Project space and the relationship it has with the local working population. In order to carry
out this study, questionnaires and interviews with employees and owners of the existing micro-industries in the locality were used, as well as visitas in loco, where it was possible to understand the industrial dynamics present in the locality through its micro industries, besides its importance in the transformationsSpace in their surroundings, generation of employment and income and difficulties faced over the years.
