Geografia e Literatura: uma análise da paisagem vernacular-trajetiva no conto Caiarara de Ana Maria Primavesi.

Abstract

This final course work has as main objective to analyze the relation between Geography and literature in the tale Caiarara of Ana Maria Primavesi, starting from analysis of the landscape, developed by Berque. (1985) The author focuses on the Humanist Geography section in the categories of Mediância and Trajeção, understood as matrassmark landscapes. For the analysis of this story, reflections on the importance of interdisciplinarity were developed, mediating the integration between these sciences. In this sense, it was also important to understand the importance of the tale as a literary genre, able to be interpretated in the field of Phenomenological Geography. It was also pointed out the importance of this relation in the teaching of Geography, based on observations made during the period of supervised internship, after which the analysis of the story was carried out in light of the aforementioned conceptions. It was found with this study that the literary genres in general, particularized here through the tale, constitute an important reference for the development of Geography, in the phenomenological-cultural conception.
