Abstract

Usually we hear that "someone is in the closet" or that "he came out of the closet". The truth is that few know the closet or what it represents for those who are in it, especially when you are young and attend school. Under the metaphorical look, we seek with this work to understand territoriality of male homosexuality in school based on cultural color blindness, since it is fundamental that geographic science understands "youths" and their cultures, because the space practices of schoolchildren the producers of Geography. To seize such a goal was only possible recently when the "new others” until now inferiorized had come to be seen by society. It was from the perception of these new others that we can construct the school territories, scanning the most invisible relations of power that make the school a "closet" space. With the aid of oral history, we were able to design the school from the point of view of those who suffer violence and do not live in the same spaces as the "normal" ones.
