Résumé:
The objective of this study is to describe the activities of the supervised training
conducted in a midsize company, which operates in the area of construction in the city of
Campina Grande - Paraiba. The company is in the deployment phase of the Brazilian
Program for Quality and Productivity in Habitat PBQP-H, with respect to the control of
materials. It was observed that the control of materials in purchasing, receiving and
storage, as so as the monitoring of executive processes, can affect the quality of the final
product offered by the company, thus promoting their growth and credibility.
