Resumo:
Development and companies’ complexity by the globalization process, companies face
constant changes in disorderly economic environment. By prevailing tools such as
human’s performance assessment, in which the company identify all the aspects to
improve and reach success in today's competitive marketplace. This research purposes
to evaluate employees’ perception related to the adoption of a performance evaluation
procedure of a motorcycle dealership located in Campina GrandePB.
It was identified
company’s assessment performance practices well as analyzed employee’s degree of
satisfaction in relation to assessment performance criteria to measure it. This is an
descriptive and case study research, as an instrument of data collection it was applied a
questionnaire to the concessionaire’s employees, in order to analyze the performance,
professional development, customer satisfaction, the assessment performance practice,
training and development, communication, workers’ life quality, freedom of speech and
performance assessment criteria. Results demonstrated that the searched company
presented good level in the assessing process performance and adequate results in all
items listed in the questionnaire. Highlighting customer’s satisfaction as company’s
focus.
