Resumo:
Urban collective transport has fundamental importance in the current shape of the urban displacements as a means of transport that allows the connection between the different areas of the cities. The present work of course conclusion analyzes the urban public transport bus mode based on indicators of service quality in the city of Campina GrandePB, where the collective transport system is carried out by bus in an integrated system in integration terminal. The objective is to analyze public transportation that specifically attends the students of the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) based on the following quality indicators proposed by Ferraz and Torres (2004): frequency of attendance, travel time, stocking, safety , characteristics of the vehicles, characteristics of the stopping places. With the result of this work it is expected to better understand the current situation in urban collective transportation that serves the Federal University of Campina Grande, Campina Grande campus. In general, improvement in practically all quality indicators, especially in the conservation of the buses and in the stocking of the same that travels in the section Integration UFCG.
