Résumé:
The development , the demand and supply of herbal medicines has increased in dressings gradual with scientific studies in various technological areas, in order to lower the material, giving rise to the need to meet new inputs used in the regeneration tecidual, mainly those of vegetable origin, since these compounds can be incorporated into important control agents, wound healing because of easy procurement and use, furthermore, it is known that the larger species with medicinal purposes in the world are in Brazil, which has made the country invest in public policies directed calls integrative and complementary. This research aimed to develop and evaluate the plant extract of leaves of Passiflora edulis , in the treatment of cutaneous lesions in rats. The research was the lab scenarios processing and storage of agricultural products (UFCG) , the laboratory of microbiology and immunology and vivarium (FCM-CG), the Diagnovet and pathology laboratory F. Diniz. To obtain the hydroalcoholic extract of the leaves was used Passiflora edulis, collected in an experimental orchard in Lagoa Seca, belonging to a State Enterprise for Agricultural Committee of Paraíba adult plants in September 2012. Were used in the study 28 Wistar rats were divided into four groups, namely group that used to extract 100 %, the group that used to extract 50 %, control group used distilled water, group receiving 1 % chlorhexidine. To contamination of the animals were used the agar diffusion method, the bacterial strains of Staphylococcus aureus, incubated at Bain Hart Infusion broth. The substances used in this study were applied for 21 days. Macroscopic analysis was performed by capturing images through the camera and fill digital diary of a record previously prepared for this purpose. With regard to data related to cytotoxicity results were analyzed biochemical concentrations of TGP/ALT, creatinine and urea, and the histological features of the skin, liver , and kidneys of animals. For the area calculation program was used AutoCad/Aurodesk being used for statistical analysis software version 7.7 ASSISTAT. It was observed by the average vertical and horizontal lesion a difference in closing the skin lesion in the horizontal direction, and this closing faster in animals that have made use of the hydroalcoholic extract of leaves of Passiflora edulis to 100% (15.49 mm) compared to the extract at 50% (17.54 mm), distilled water (17.84) and chlorhexidine 1% (19.83 mm ); consequently the animals in the GE10, presented a lesion area below the others on day 21 of treatment With respect to time, there is greater horizontal closing of the injury as it advances, wherein the end of 21 days efficiency was 61.13 % (11.66 mm) compared to the original lesion size (30 mm). The analysis of variance related to vascular proliferation, fibroblast, and the colageneização, reepithelization lesions found on the last day of the survey revealed very significant result, which shows that there was a positive trend with regard to the healing process in animals that received the extract. There were no complications in kidney or liver in animals which used the extract under study. Concluded that topical use in rats, the extract of Passiflora edulis, has significant effect on the healing of skin lesions studied data especially 100% concentration. ……
