Resumo:
The improvement of the performance in the elaboration of projects and the integration of its steps just as the management of the construction always showed itself as a challenge in the civil construction field. The presented work had as objective to show a platform that is increasingly opening space in the market, the BIM (Building Information Modeling), which allows the control of the edifications projects life cycle in real time. The BIM brings a variety of resources that permits its users to work in an integrate way, facilitating the interaction of all the designers and managers involved. The possibility of doing efficiancy computational
analysis and the post conclusion monitoring of the edification shows itself as an instrument that comes to aid the fulfillment of the NBR 15575 of 2013 (Norma de Desempenho) requirements, which are gaining legal support each passing day forcing the constructors, incorporators, suppliers, managers and users to seek for new ways to organize its deadlines and guarantees. It was seen, through a case study, that it is possible to meet some of the requirements of the Norma de Desempenho related with the physical tests in the development stage of the project using BIM based softwares and, beyond that, the use of BIM provides several advantages that improves productivity and optimization both in the project fase and in the
execution of the building.
