This work is dedicated to study the relationship between the housing market and the architectural product of residential towers in Campina Grande PB in the temporal clipping of the last 10 years. The study starts from the theoretical foundation of the dynamics of the housing market and the dynamic of this market in Campina
Grande. In the sequel, seek the investigation of the process of verticalization in mediumsized cities in Brazil and in Campina Grande, focusing the three locales defined as the areas in study: the districts of Centro/São José, Prata/Bela Vista e Catolé. As a strategy of analysis, was defined as tipology “residential tower”, the
buildings of housing use up to 15 decks, with high construction standard and providing equipment of leisure. Therefore, was made a general characterization of the universe in study from a field survey. Afterwards, advertising inserts of towers identified in the three areas of study were analyzed in order to understand how the Campinense real estate market works and how to establish the relations of the same with the definition of products offered for sale. The presented results demonstrated that this market has direct relation with the configuration of the product offered in Campina Grande, bon the mode of action of the incorporators, in the strategies chosen for the disclosure of the towers emphasizing subjective values, such as location, existing equipment in the surroundings, social status, etc.
