Resumen:
The official documents show concern itself as multicultural and ethic-racial aspects for the integral human formation in particular way. Then, the law nº10.639/03, changed by the law nº 11.645/2008, which it includes into the Guideline Laws and Fundamental Education (LDB) the precision of History and Afro-Brazilian culture teaching, in the institutions of fundamental and high School teaching in the public and private education sphere. Under this view, this paper has as objective to analyze how the Law has accomplished in the Portuguese Language teaching books, of the fundamental teaching II, between from 2005 until 2014 specifically, the 9th grade, through the literary texts, adopted in State School of High and fundamental School “Francisco Maia”, in Jericó-PB. Although, the obligatory tone that specify the law, there is the necessity of expansion and recognizing of these literary texts in the teaching books and in the formation of the teacher to make sure the full effectuation, mainly, the revealing in the approach of this Law that is besides the perspective of the Ethic- racial inequality.
