Resumen:
This work presents an architectural project of a gastronomic complex located in the district of Prata, in the city of Campina Grande - PB. Its proposition is justified by the lack of local spaces that integrate, in a single building, the educational, commercial and leisure functions. It is hoped, with its proposition, to provide vitality to the area at night and to contribute academically with architectural solutions to the referred theme. The methodology used was divided into: (1) bibliographic research based on Lakatos (2003), for theoretical foundation, and (2) methodological procedure, indicated by Silva (1998), for project basis. At the end of the process, the result was a building with 5 floors, two basements, which houses a gastronomic complex with spaces for the sale of fresh edible products, bars and restaurants and a school for teaching and improving gastronomic courses.
