Abstract:
The theme of this research is the evaluation of learning, which is a pedagogical
instrument of great importance in the academic life of teachers and students, which underlies the teaching and learning process. Thus, the research problem was: what are the evaluated instruments used in the 4th and 5th year of the initial years, comprising as several forms of evaluation used in the school? In order to answer this question the general objective was: To investigate how evaluation instruments are organized in the 4th and 5th year of the initial years of Elementary School. And as specific objectives: Understand what are the most used assessment tools in the teaching and learning process; Analyze how the evaluation instruments are organized by the teachers who participated in this research; Reflect on which learning conceptions are the basis for teachers' choices when choosing assessment instruments. The methodology used is the field research, through online tools that helped in the data collection with the teachers in a virtual way, using the Google Form as a basis to collect the data through a questionnaire with the teachers of the classroom, with questions of the subject in question, and thus raise the necessary information for the analysis that was carried out by the content analysis based on Bardin (1977). The data obtained were through a questionnaire in the Google form format, sent via Whatsapp from each teacher. Based on the responses of the subjects, we realize that from the analysis of the responses of the teachers, at school they seek to use numerous assessment instruments, thinking about the students' learning, in a way that is effective and constant.
