Saúde da mulher negra na atenção básica: discurso dos Enfermeiros da Estratégia Saúde da Família.

Abstract

Socially the construction of the black person comes from processes of invisibility and inaccessibility in the health or education environments, when we emphasize on the black woman in the Brazilian social conjuncture we have the influence of sexism, male chauvinism, relations of gender, race, educational and social class, which interfere directly in the development of the health quality of black women, requiring the intervention of the health professionals in an effective and quality way and that for this the professional's knowledge about black health becomes a mainly point for the development of these interventions. The present research is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, carried out with 8 nurses who work in the Health Units of the municipality of Cajazeiras-PB. Data collection was performed through a semistructured interview and the data was analyzed based on the discourse analysis proposed by Michel Pechêux, which one it is possible to understand the formation of the senses and the understanding of new speaks. Through the Research Ethics Committee of the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (Federal University of Campina Grande city), the research was released, with the issuance of an opinion number 2.012.785. With the discourse analysis we can collect the following situations: As the main point to be raised is the lack of knowledge about the existence of diseases commonly found in the health of black women, linking also the offerings of exams and the professional perception in relation the characteristics of the black race; ignorance regarding the existence of public politics such as the case of the National Policy of Integral Health to the Black Population, besides the difficulty of the perception about the importance of questions of social and cultural values within the health environment. Finally, we can see several fragilities of professional knowledge that may reflect negatively on the way of providing black women's health care, as well as the difficulty of perception about how the interferences of social and historical construction reflect in the care of the black health in the current days.
