Resumo:
The aestethic smile is a demand of modern society. Therefore, restorative dentistry is Always improving materials and technique in search of more satisfactory and lasting results. In anterior teeth, the use of indirect and aesthetic ceramic restorations is considered the gold standard in indirect restorative treatments, as they are similar to natural teeth, allowing minimal removal of realthy tissue from the tooth surface, preserving tooth structure. The presente work aims to presente a clinical case report of aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of a central incisor with a ceramic crown. The treatment started with the planning of the case, removal of the old crown, preservayion and opacification of the metallic core and, making a provisional crown in conventional
acrylic resin, scanning the archés with Scanner Virtuo Vivo, later, the ceramic crown was made with disilicate lithium and cemented with preheated composite resin. With the report of this case, it is concluded that the treatment is successful due to a correct diagnosis planning, correct execution of the technique of preparation of the dental elemento and as na excelente option for anterior aesthetic rehabilitation, ceramic reinforced by lithium disilicate can be used.
