This work aims to develop the language skills of oral modality for writing, hrough a practice retextualization, bringing for text prior knowledge of the student, as ell as, its culture and its values. In this perspective we understand the concepts of text and textuality linked to text linguistics and the retextualization process of genre twine for the tale. For so much, we base mainly in work developed by Marcuschi (2008; 2010), Koch (2013), Soares (2004), Kleiman (2005), Rojo (2012) among others. Because it is a literature search based on books written academic texts and virtual, we start from a qualitative approach with aims of understand how is the retextualization process of orality to writing. Thinking about difficulty in work the writing in the classroom and how students they share this same difficulty, we propose an activity to be carried out in a class of 9th grade of elementary school II, about the string twine retextualization to the genre tale under a literacy perspective. In order to work this process retextualization, despontamos text based, which is the line, and from the understanding gained is that we leave to the transformation process that will produce the tale. Given these observations we realize the importance of inserting writing in schools, through the genres, as a process of knowledge acquisition and construction of new texts, where it is taken into consideration, not only the contents studied in class, but also the prior knowledge of each student. Thus we consider working with retextualization an important social role, coupled with textual genres becomes a great creative minds of thinking, critical in situated.
