Introduction: Studies with natural products have grown in recent years in dentistry. Thus, in the current context, the products obtained from beekeeping are highlighted for presenting bioactive compounds and with potent pharmacological activity. In this perspective, honey and geopropolis produced by stingless bees are recognized as natural products that have several therapeutic purposes, arousing interest in research. Objective: to evaluate the non-stick activity of honey and geopropolis produced by the stingless bee Melipona scutellaris on pathogenic strains of Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli. Method: The Minimal Inhibitory Concentration of Adhesion (CIMA) technique was used in the experiment. Samples were collected from meliponaries in the city of Bonito-PE. To carry out the technique, a sample of honey at a concentration of 60% and a sample of ethanolic extract of geopropolis were used. Laboratory tests were performed using the tilted tube technique, in the presence of 5% sucrose, and the CIMA reading was performed through observational analysis on the glass surface compared to the positive control (0.12% chlorhexidine), following the reference methods. Results: The results of the evaluation showed that these natural products did not prevent the formation of the biofilm of the bacteria under study, unlike the positive control, which presented a CIMA of 1:1 and 1:8, for E. faecalis and E. coli, respectively. Conclusion: In view of these results, it is necessary to carry out more studies evaluating the non-stick potential of these natural products.
