Abstract:
Civil construction is becoming one of the most generators of service and economy, as result the competition between builders, and in parallel the requirement by clients, has raised, making that the companies look for modernization, to office and work site. Two facts are essential for this modernization: the efficiency of process and the monitoring of steps of execution on work site. The use of performance indicator systems in detail shows results that can improve management. Thus, this research aims to analyze the results, evaluating, in an exploratory way, the level of engagement in quality management programs. It has been choose by the application of questions to related area professionals that have an recognized in the Campina Grande's market, as methodology of research. The use of indicators has brightened as an advantageous tool in the process of construction site management.
