The present work sought to study the phenomenon of violence that occurs in the school
environment against teachers, having as a question the following question: Considering that teachers study violence against and teachers are increasingly frequent in the Brazilian school environment, how is this phenomenon and assistance by teachers? To support the research, based on authors such as Abramovay (2006; 2015), Charlot (2002), Golarte (2010), Arendt (2013), Schelb (2016), Ristum (2001;2004; 2010), Minayo (1993) and Oliveira (2014), among others. Thinking about the complexity of the phenomenon, we chose to carry out a field too research with four teachers from the city of PombalPB. The twenty tools displayed for the data consist of total, one consisting of seven questions displayed and displayed. To process the data, I use Content Analysis, as created by Laurence Bardin. The results of the study, against the lack of students, manifest themselves for physical, verbal violence and their property limits. In no study of teachers from family acts to acts of violence, we were able to see that proven violence from violence derived from other family acts in the classroom, bullying, consumption of other family acts in the classroom, in, society. We also realized that the main way to face the problem is to invest in dialogue allied to strong legislation that aims to protect teachers and punish aggressors.
