Resumo:
The present work had the ain to evaluates the spermatic viability of ram of the Santa Inês
race using extenly of coconut water, refrigerated 5th C. were appraised the motibility ,
vigot and the answer to the hiposmótic test, in the spermatozoids of, submitted to the
dilution with coconut water, refrigerated á 5th C. three solutions were used, SOLUTION 1
0.735g
of citrate of sodium and 1.351g of fructose in 100ml of water distilled bi, with
osmolarity of 150 mOsmol / L; SOLUTION 2 1.470g
of citrate of sodium and 2.702g of
fructose in 100ml of water distilled bi, with osmolarity of 300 mOsmol/L; SOLUTION 3 100
ml of water distilled. Four collections were accomplished, in each male, with interval
of one week, using eletroejaculador. The semen was evaluated immediately after the
collection, and submitted to the hiposmótic test (HOST) after 12, 24 and 48 hours. The
results showed that the progressive individual motility and the vigot didn't suffer
significant decrease in the moments 12, 24 and 48 hours. The hiposmótic test solutions
showed similar result on the evoluction of the plasmatic membrane of the spermatozoa no
different was observel between all hiposmotic solution, and we can recowend it for the
evoluction of the plasmatic membrane integrity.
