Resumo:
The objective this research, assess the effects on clinical parameters and cardiovascular
electrophysiology and evaluation microscopically of his muscle tissue, arising from the
use of vitamin E administered by intramuscular in young goats, mixed race in the winter
and summer season. For both were used 12 goats, male, without defined race (SRD), with
weight of 10 (+2.5) kg and age of 60 days (+12), distributed in two experimental groups
called G1 and G2, the same number (n = 6 ). The G1 hasn´t received any applications of
vitamin E while the G2 received Vitamin E in the weekly dose of 20 mg / kg / IM in the
course of five months. Both groups were subjected to evaluations of physiological
parameters heart and breathing rates, body temperature and parameters
electrocardiographic (Pms, PmV, QRSms, RmV, RRms and PRms). The variables were
recorded before starting the administration of vitamin (M0) and 15 in 15 days after
administration of (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6 and M7). Measured is still the environmental
parameters during entire the experimental period. Given the results obtained with the
methodology employed was possible to conclude that vitamin E does not show significant
effects on cardiac electrophysiology and physiological parameters of young goats and the
histological alteration on the muscle deriving of intramuscular application, nevertheless
the use sequence of the injection muscle had motive lesion muscle regenerated.
