Résumé:
The present research had as objective to determine the occurrence, etiology and factors of risk
related to the bovine mastitis in ten rural shelters in Itaporanga, PB, and to test out the in vitro
antimicrobial sensibility of the isolated microorganisms of 557 samples of milk collected
facing ten different antibiotics. The main isolated agents were Staphylococcus spp.,
Streptococcus spp., and Corynebacterium spp. Being also identified environmental agents as
yeast and Arcanobacterium pyogenes and Streptococcus uberis. Also it was observed in the
Staphylococcus spp. strains isolated a rate of 90% positive for the test of the beta-lactamase,
being that the correlation of resistant lineages the penicillin and the output of beta-lactamase
of 78.16%. Treat animals in a period of 1 to 3 days and 3 to 5 days for clinical mastitis in this
study were pointed out as for infection risk factors.
