Resumo:
The Political Pedagogical Project of the Veterinary Medicine Course at UFCG was implemented on November 4, 2002, after approval at an ordinary meeting of the Council for Teaching, Research and Extension (CONSEPE). With the increasing advancement of molecular biology, the introduction of this topic in the course from the mandatory component “Introduction to Molecular Biology and Cellular Biology” and the training of teachers in this area, it is necessary to give greater emphasis to a topic that could bring benefits to CSTR through the promotion of research, publications and professional qualification. In this way, the objective of this monograph was to review the literature on molecular biology techniques that are being applied in some areas of Veterinary Medicine, in the perspective that professors, students and employees, awaken to a theme that can contribute even more to the professional qualification.
