Were researched anti-lepitospira agglutinins in sheep from the mesoregion of semiarid of Paraíba, Brazil August of 2011 to July of 2012, in total 246 sero of sheep from seven herds in seven cities by the microscopic agglutination test, using 24 Leptospira spp., serovars as antigens. From 246 samples tested, 15(6,09%) animals were positive for more sorovar. Of seven properties, five (57,1%) had positive animals. The Characterization of sorovars mast likely took into consideration the tiration and frequency. The mast likely distribution of serovars was: Autumnalis (40%), Patoc (26,66%), Andamana (20%), Hardjo (13,33%).
