Resumo:
This article aimed to analyze the factors that contribute to the cocreation
of value in
transdisciplinary therapy services and their relationship with customer satisfaction, in a clinic
of the segment, in the city of Campina Grande PB.
From the literature review involving the
theme of value cocreation
and customer satisfaction, a descriptive qualitative study was carried
out. The method adopted involved indepth
individual research and a descriptive case study.
Regarding the number of participants, the data saturation method was used, while the analysis
method used the content analysis technique. The results showed that despite the high degree of
customer satisfaction with the services provided, there is a need for families to be included in
the therapeutic process in order to enhance clinical results. The work contributed while
presenting proposals for improvements to the company, and consequently a higher quality
service for society.
