Resumo:
Initial growth of angico (Anadenanthera colubrina (Vell) Brenan) on substrates of mining co-products and organic matter. Introducing native seedlings in forest nurseries using substrates associated with the coproduct of vermiculite can offer benefits to the plants because the substrates derived from animal manures and co-product of vermiculite have high natural fertility. This study aimed to assess the nutritional efficiency of goat and cattle manure associated with the co - product vermiculta in seedlings of mimosa (angico). The experiment was conducted in the forest nursery at the Forestry Engineering Academic Unit (UFCG). The experiment consisted of using two types of manure (Cattle and Goats) homogenized with co-product of vermiculite in six doses (0 , 5 , 10 , 15 , 20 and 25 %) in a completely randomized design in pots 6 x 2, four more vessels containing control manure and soil in the ratio 2:1. A statistical analysis was applied to test two degree polynomial regression for all variables and Tukey test 5 % for comparison among treatments and the control treatment. Mimosa (angico) seedlings were planted in
plastic pots, 40 days after germination, height and basal diameter of seedlings were collected weekly up to 130 days after germination, when the experiment ended , we proceeded to the analysis of collected dry weight of shoot , root and tuber. The goat and cattle manure and the conventional had positive effects on the growth of (angico) mimosa seedlings, therefore, being recommended its use for the cultivation of mimosa (angico) . The levels of organic matter that had the best effect was 25 % of goat
manure , compared to the other treatments. It is recommended to use goat manure mimosa (angico) seedling production.
