Resumen:
Control of the fungus Aspergillus sp. in seeds of Bauhinia forticada L. stored with oil of Jatropha curcas L. The objective of this research was to evaluate in the laboratory, the effect of oil seed jatropha (Jatropha curcas L.) under different concentrations in the control of the fungus Aspergillus sp. seeds of mororó (Bauhinia forficata L.), stored in a cold chamber. The seeds received the following treatments: control (T0 - sterile distilled water), treatment 1 (T1 - 70% distilled water + 30% oil seed jatropha), Treatment 2 (T2 - 50% distilled water + 50% of seed oil of Jatropha curcas), Treatment 3 (T3 - 30% distilled water + 70% oil seed jatropha), Treatment 4 (T4 - 100% of oil seed jatropha ). For detection of fungi, we used the method of filter paper, using disposable petri dishes with 08 cm in diameter and it was placed, three
sheets of filter paper (blotter test) on each plate, moistened with sterile distilled water (ADE), each plate received ten seeds. The seeds were incubated for a period of twenty days, at room temperature ± 27 ° C with a photoperiod of 12 hours. It is an accurate assessment of the seed and the results show that the use of oil seed jatropha (Jatropha curcas L.), at the concentrations used had no significant effect compared to control, in reducing Aspergillus sp. at 5% probability.
