Resumo:
Oncological treatment causes the patient to experience adverse reactions that compromise
adherence to anticancer treatment, safety and quality of life of the patient. Therefore,
pharmacotherapeutic monitoring is important, which can be facilitated through digital health
services. Therefore, this research aimed to design a project of digital pharmaceutical services
in hospital oncology units. The present study is an integrative literature review, seeking to
identify problems and opportunities inherent to the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up performed
by the hospital and clinical pharmacist in hospital oncology units. For this, advanced searches
were carried out in the databases Periodicals CAPES, LILACS, PubMed, Scielo and Science
Direct, using descriptors searched in the database of the Descriptors in Health Sciences (DeCS)
platform, they were: pharmacotherapeutic monitoring, cancer, telepharmacy, hospital
pharmacy service, hospital oncology service and their respective translations into English. The
articles included in the research were published between 2016 and 2021 in Portuguese and
English. Then, a survey of Brazilian startups that provide digital health services was carried
out. For this, the study “Distrito Healthtech Report Brazil 2020” was used as a research source.
Finally, a technical project of digital pharmaceutical services was designed based on the Canvas
methodology, through the 3 questions: “What?”, “For whom?” It is like?". The results obtained
after the advanced searches were 12,314 publications, of which 17 full-length scientific articles
were included in the study. From the searches of startups, 542 were cataloged, separated into 9
categories, but only 3 categories were explored: telemedicine, access to information and
management/PEP, totaling 283 startups, of which 6 were included in the study. Through the
Canvas methodology, the following answers were obtained: “What?” is a digital health platform
that will provide pharmaceutical services; "For whom?" for oncology pharmacists; "How?"
through teleconsultations mediated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Therefore, it was concluded
that the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the health area benefits
countless professionals and patients. Therefore, to propose a digital ecosystem idealizing a
platform to offer pharmaceutical services, focusing on oncology pharmacists and cancer
patients undergoing treatment; in order to reduce expenses and time of care, increase adherence
to pharmacotherapy and provide knowledge sharing.
