Abstract:
The present monograph entitled: “THE IMPACT OF THE “SARS-Cov 2” PANDEMIC ON HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW”, aims to lead to a reflection on the effects of the SARS-Cov 2 pandemic, regarding the health professionals (HP), performance, considering the stress and burnout situations, that is experienced by medical teams. Two moments are considered: in a prevaccination and postvaccination situation. Articles published in scientific journals and in reliable journal and magazines, about the subject were analyzed, and the pandemic situation was seen in a wellfounded manner. The “StArt” software was used to carry out a publications qualitative analysis, and for graphics elaboration. The results obtained in the Systematic Literature Review (RSL) are presented, considering the psychic suffering and the anxieties and concerns more focused by the P.S. The conclusion is a general analysis on the subject and focuses on the essential points of the various studies carried out and referred to.
