Burocratas de rua e os dilemas da implementação da política pública de educação do Município de Congo no período da pandemia da COVID-19.

Abstract

Education needed to be transformed with the emergence of the covid-19 pandemic, thus the need to carry out social isolation, directly affecting street bureaucrats who work in public education. In view of the facts, the main objective of the article is to analyze the public educational policy of the municipality of Congo-PB in the period of the pandemic through street bureaucrats. As for the methodology applied, the work was configured as a bibliographic research regarding the form of literature review, using the survey method regarding data collection, descriptive when describing the facts of the studied reality, quantitative when using the largest possible number of respondents. According to the street bureaucrats, it is possible to notice that the education of the municipality of Congo in the pandemic period maintained a certain degree of satisfaction with regard to educational quality, resolution of pending issues, provision of support to teachers regarding materials for carrying out the classes online.
