Abstract:
The scenario of the aesthetics sector in Brazil has great growth potential, since it presents growth even in times of economic difficulty, however, the lack of strategic direction is one of the obstacles for companies in this area. For this reason, the purpose of this project is to investigate a company in the aesthetic sector, by evaluating its strategic behavior in comparison with the performance presented to the market. Through interviews and market research, data were collected and provided support for the application of strategic tools such as the importance-performance matrix and the SWOT analysis. As a result of this implementation, points for improvement were identified, enabling the construction of guiding strategies, as well as alerting the entrepreneur of which steps to take to increase the competitiveness of her business compared to her competitors.
