Resumo:
To analyze the construction of homosexual identity in rural contexts is to be surrounded by the complexities of inequalities, protection and social issues that historically mediate a system of oppression and exploitation that produces a singularity in its ontological sphere. In this one, we aim to analyze a construction of the identity of homosexual among subjects from the rural area of the Paraiba countryside. For that, we will use the Marxist categories to present as categories of totality, particularity and singularity and their systems of mediation and contradiction. In addition, we will present our conception of the particularity of Brazilian social formation and its symbiotic tripod: dependent capitalism, colonial slavery and patriarchy. From a theoretical bed that considers the specifics of Brazilian homosexuality, we were able to bring semi-structured classification and verified generality by focus group, elements of sexuality from the acceptance and discovery of oneself as gay, the resulting relationship with the family, site, city, their particularities in flirting, transference and sex, as well as their challenges.
