Abstract

Studies and analysis in this dissertation demonstrate the importance that should be given to the characteristics Skid Resistance of a road With the objetive to measure and better the skid resistance of roads, a Simulator of Traffic and Experimental Road was projected and constructed. This, by sumulations can with,less time and money, analyze the behavior that a road surface will have in reality. This way a road can be projected that offer better confort and safety to the traffic. Other use of the Simulator of Traffic and Experimental Road are also presented in this dissertation.
