Aspectos fisiológicos da interação materno-concepto e sua relação com a utilização de fármacos.

Abstract

Most of the drugs administered during the pregnancy ones has capacity to cross the placenta and to expose the conceptus in development to their pharmacological effects and cancerous. The placental is derived as much of the fetal tissues as of the maternal ones and it is so much perfusion for fetal blood, as for maternal blood. The blood vessels of the fetus and of the mother they are separate for several layers of tissues, that they compose collectively the placental barrier. The transfer of drugs through the placental can be considered as a quite typical case of transport through any biological membrane, the critical factors that affect the transfer placental of the drugs and their effects on the fetus include: the physiochemical properties of the drug, the speed with that the drug crosses the placental and the concentration that it reaches the fetus, the exhibition duration to the drugs, the characteristics of distribution of the drug in different tissues of the fetus, the stages of placental development and fetal per occasion of the exhibition to the drugs and the effects of drugs used.
