Abstract:
In this work some were made considerations on the etiology, epidemiology pathogenic,
clinical signs and measures of control of the brucellosis and it is told study investigative
developed in the period of January to June of 2007, occurring the rising of occurrences
of cases of brucellosis in a total of 729 bovine adults, of both sexes, of the Dutch and
mestizo, Brown-Swiss races and mestizos, Gir and mestizos, mestizos Indu-Brazil,
mestizos Nelore, and of animals Without Defined Race (WDR) in properties of the
municipal districts of Malta - PB, Mae D'agua - PB and Olho D'agua - PB. They were
identified two positive animals, both in the municipal district of Olho D'agua.
