Food security is one of the themes that stands out worldwide and today there is a concern as to feed the population that grows large and that increasingly needs to increase food production, through agricultural techniques of genetic and technological breeding disrespecting the environment environment. This is also a Brazilian reality, especially in the northeast region that has its peculiar characteristics that do not favor an efficiency in the increase of food production. This scenario also spreads in the semi-arid region, specifically in the third geoadministrative region of the State of Paraíba, composed of 39 municipalities and 4 rural territories and citizenship. To this end, the objective of this work was to spatialize the evolution of family farming activities / ventures, based on the construction of the secondary rural credit database provided by Banco do Nordeste do Brasil, in rural territories of the 3rd Geoadministrative region of the state of Paraíba, while unfolding the insertion of the new rural / environmental planning / development model. Using The methodology used in this work is theoretical focusing on the research approach and analysis of using secondary data. This involves its participants in the construction of reflections, dialogues and actions capable of transforming their reality in a strategic way knowing their traditions and origins. Based on data collection through the Bank of the Northeast of Brazil via e - sic, the activity and / or enterprise that was most prominent with the highest occurrence and in all municipalities was bovine farming followed by sheep and goat breeding. Ecological activities, handicrafts and others appear with greater occurrence in municipalities with the presence of specific projects. The example of Lagoa Seca with the project Dom Elder Câmara and the investments in the trade fair of the artisans.
