Résumé:
Acupuncture is a form of reflection in the qualification of histological stimulation systems of stimulus capture and management of strategic points, performing specific functions in the body. Chapter I aimed to evaluate how structures of the skin tissue in an attempt to determine structural structures that induce the mechanism of acupuncture stimulation at IG4. Skin biopsies were collected from 10 healthy adult dogs in the Hegu acupoint area IG4 and outside the acupuncture area, where stereological methods were used to evaluate a non-acupunctured vessel surfaces, estimated at 1.06 mm² / mm³ and one point 1.05 mm² / mm³, respectively, a volume density of collagen fibers of 52.5% and 54.7%, for the non-differentiated results (p> 0.05). The purpose of Chapter II was to analyze the effect on the histological structure of the skin in acupoints stimulated by needle and by laser. (E36) stimulated with low power laser and non stimulated acupoint IG4 (control). The materials were processed for histology and vessel surface density, estimated at 1.69 mm² / mm³ in acupuncture, 1.37 mm² / mm³ in laser puncture and no control of 1.06 mm² / mm³, as well as, respectively, a volume density Collagen fibers were 53.6%, 55.3% and 52.5%. These stereological parameters do not present differences between the groups (p> 0.05). It was observed presence of cellular proliferation of the superficial dermis immune system stimulated by acupuncture, not observed any point stimulated with laser and no control, but indicating that the action of acupuncture is not enough to trigger an expressive inflammatory process or even of tissue healing, being Safe methods for the dog.
