Resumo:
We know that our children-youthful's literature history appeared at the some time
to the education history in our country, serving as an excuse to study our
language or just to transmit values. When Ligia Chiappini (2005) discusses about
social, economical and ideological questions that involves the textbooks consider
the needing of a textbook production variety, as to the language teaching as to
the literature teaching. According to Chiappini, this teaching material should be
done with the cooperation of the people that will use it. For her, the cooperative
work surpass the traditional concept of literature and allow that the subject
escape the alienation through his/her practice, acting in the world to change it,
confirming the freedom. Worried about the readers education in the Basic
Education and using the literaty text aiming to permit that the students-readers
interact with the text, enlarging their expectatives and, above ali, take part the
humanitarian process allowed by the Literature. The research is based on the
Aesthetics of reception by Hans Robert Jauss (1994) and in the practice of
literary literacy1 proposed by Rildo Cosson (2006). At the beginning, we present
the theoretical studies, including the work analysis "A cama , by Lygia Bojunga
Nunes used in the reading project described here, then we focused on this work
the study of the places and the characters that were approached in the
classroom, and the last part of this research is the narrative of the reading
meetings.
