Résumé:
Condensed tannin contents in the bark of red angico (Anadenanthera colubrina (Vell.) Brenan var. cebil (Gris..) Alts.) obtained with different extractants. This research aimed to evaluate the tannins extracted tenor of red Anadenanthera colubrina (Veil.) Brenan var. cebil (Gris..) Alts, bark in sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfite, hydroxide + sulfite tends as comparison the distilled water. A total of 25 g of dry sawdust and 3% of extractors were used with relationship dry weight of sawdust. When comparing the effect of water with the one of the other used extractors verified that the addition of sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfite and hydroxide + sulfite caused an increase in tenor total solids (TST) of 60,17%; 28,45% and 60,17%, in tenor condensate tannins (TTC) of 34,5%, 20,02% and 18,02% and of notannins of 117,34%; 47,3% and 146,6% and a reduction in the Stiasny's index of 15,62%, 5,53% and 24,51%, respectively. Statistical analyzes showed that the sodium hydroxide extracted a larger amount from tannic substances when compared with the water, tends the sodium sulfite and the hydroxide + sodium sulfite presented results middlemen, not differing of the proportionate results for the sodium hydroxide or water. The distilled water extracts less tenor of total solids that the other extractors, however the extract is richer in tannins and count less no-tannic substances than the other extractors.
