Résumé:
The pandemic has caused irreparable damage to the population and the world economy. One of the main
measures taken to avoid the contagion of the disease was social isolation. For that, the
operation of many commercial establishments was affected, with the opening of only
essential services and reduced working hours, which affected all economic sectors,
above all, Micro and Small Enterprises-MSEs that have limited reserve capital.
Thus, to minimize the impacts suffered by these companies, the Government adopted some
incentive, maintenance and economic development measures, with emphasis on the reduction of
taxes and access to new credits. In this sense, this study aims to analyze the
contribution of loans granted to minimize the impact of the financial crisis on
MSEs of the Pharmaceutical sector, in the city of Aparecida-PB, in the perspective of their respective
managers, in the period corresponding to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, this study was justified by the
need to verify whether MSEs had, in fact, access to credit and financing
facilitated and without bureaucracy. In the methodology, descriptive and exploratory research was used.
In the procedure phase, the bibliographic and field method; In the approach phase, the research
is quantitative and qualitative, since it collected data through a questionnaire with the
purpose of performing statistical analysis and interpretation. It was observed that 50% of the
interviewed companies were granted the new credits granted by the Government and
50% were denied credit. It was also observed that 75% of the interviewees complained about the
bureaucracy when trying to grant credits.
