Resumen:
Restoration of dental aesthetics through the use of metal free crowns and veneers: case report. In addition to restoring health, patients seek more and more dental treatments that provide a smile within the society´s standards of beaty. In this way, the dental consultations are no longer solely for the purpose of improving the dental function, to also possess aesthetic objectives, contributing to improve the physical, mental and social health of patients. The goal of the present study was, then, to present a clinical case, in which it was proposed to rehabilitate the smile of a patient through the installation of dental all-ceramic crown and five dental veneers. The collaborative work of the dentist and the prosthetic and patient effort was fundamental, only being possible through a good planning of the case, adequate execution of the technique, control and periodic maintenance, to provide the patient with aesthetic dentistry within the society´s standards of beaty today, consequently increasing their self-esteem and improving their interpersonal relationships.
