Resumo:
Today the education has become a great challenge, especially when they talk in public
schools, where we have a lack of structure and sometimes lack of students in learning,
being a limiting factor for the improvement of learning. Based on the idea of using a
research methodology, action research, as a tool for the improvement of the teaching of
microbiology was taken as the main objective to observe how is being the teaching of
microbiology in middle school and use the information obtained to submit a plan of action
that intervene in problems found regarding the learning of said issue. A questionnaire was
applied in two classes of 3rd grade of secondary education in total of 54 students, it
covered the microbiology and daily life of students, the considerations obtained in this
questionnaire served with source for the production of a class that could address the
thematic, where more met shortages of learning, which in this case was about related
technologies the microbiology and the day-to-day use. For the action of the project was
made a classroom containing such content, adapting the limitations of the school. With
this it was possible to realize that even without laboratory or materials for an expositive
classes, we obtained a good interaction between teacher and student, moreover been
perceived the importance of contextualization of education, regardless of the modality
used.
