Results: During the collection period, 137 patients were attended, of which 33 presented oral alterations. Of these, 63,6% were women, with a mean of ±47 years. Among the diagnostic hypotheses generated, 13 (39,39%) of them had a final diagnosis. The prevalent oral lesion was candidiasis, covering 23,9% of the cases, and the lip was the most affected site, with 36,4% of the sample. Conclusion: It was verified that the female gender was the most affected in relation to the lesions / oral alterations and these occurred more frequently between the fourth and fifth decade of life, with the lip being the most affected location. The nodule and papule were the most found fundamental lesions, and among the potentially malignant disorders, leukoplakia and actinic cheilitis had equivalent frequencies.
