Resumo:
Peripheral Giant Cell Lesion (LPCG) is a non-neoplastic proliferative process.
reactive to local irritation as low intensity and long duration traumas. The objective
of this work is to report a case of (LPCG) in a 44-year-old feoderma patient who
attended the School Clinic of Dentistry of the Federal University of Campina
Grande (UFCG), reporting an uncomfortable oral cavity. The radiographic
examination revealed a modest radiopaque area, suggesting the presence of
bone material. The correct diagnosis and the appropriate treatment culminated in
satisfactory results and complete resolution of the case, with no evidence of
relapses.
