Implant installation with immediate esthetics in the anterior region of the maxilla: a case report. Dental absence, especially in the aesthetic area makes the patients look for alternatives for the replacement of the lost element. In an attempt to obtain adequate dental replacement, trying to eliminate the difficulties and inconveniences of prosthetic reconstructions, the implant with immediate aesthetics has become a very acceptable option both for patients and professionals. Immediate implants are inserted into the alveolus at the same surgical procedure of dental extraction and present a success rate ranging from 92.7% to 98%. The use of immediate implants has many advantages when compared to the traditional procedure, whose time between the dental extraction and the healing of the implant can last up to 12 months. Among the main advantages of installing the implant in fresh alveoli, is the reduction of bone resorption of the dental alveolus, the reduction of the time of treatment and the immediate esthetic result. Besides that, the patient presents a greater satisfaction by reducing the psychological tension and eliminates a second surgery for the installation of the implant. In this way, the objective of this work is to report a clinical case about the use of the technique of immediate implant installation after the right upper central incisor removal with diagnosis of root fracture, and rehabilitation with immediate esthetics. It was concluded that the technique of immediate implant installation after dental extraction and installation of immediate provisional was predictable, both as regards osseointegration and from the aesthetic point of view.
