Due to increasing life expectancy and the improving in their quality, it is necessary to observe the constant changes in the profile of patients who require prosthetic treatment. The aim of this study was to evaluate the profile of patients seen in the disciplines of Prosthodontics, school-clinic of Dentistry UFCG Patos/PB. An observational study was conducted descriptive, through a retrospective analysis of 195 medical records of patients treated between semester of 2013.1 to 2015.1. The 131 records that constituted the final study population, the majority were female patients (72.5%), the overall mean age of patients was 49.7 years, ranging between 20 and 85 years. The type of tooth loss more found was the partial (77.1%) and the type of Prosthodontics, the most used was the PPR bi-maxillary with 29.8%, followed by bi-maxillary TD and FPD. The results showed that patients are on average adult female partially edentulous, with regular oral hygiene, in presenting the condition of the remaining dental favorable for rehabilitation treatment.
