Resumo:
The use of digital technologies is part of people's lives, as they facilitate and help in everyday tasks, whether at work, in social and cultural life, as well as in the daily routine of household chores, in this way, it could not be "outside". of the school environment. Thinking about the use of digital technologies in school, this work has the research problem: how was the work of school management developed in the period of remote classes, in three schools of the public network in the municipality of Triunfo-PB? The general objective of this research was to: understand how the work of school management was organized and planned in the period of remote classes, for the initial years of elementary school. And the specific objectives were: To analyze how was the work of school management for the remote period, for the initial years of elementary school; Map the main challenges and difficulties of management, organization and planning of teaching for the early years of elementary school; Reflect on the work of school management in collaboration and cooperation with teachers, students and school families, for the use of digital technologies, for the early years of elementary school. The main authors read pale for the production of the theoretical foundation were: Freire (1996), specific paragraphs of the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (1996), Luck (2009), Brizol (2018), Vasconcelos and Araújo (2020). The research was developed from a basic nature, organized by a study with a qualitative approach (LUDKE; ANDRE, 1986) as a data collection instrument, a questionnaire was prepared in Google forms, which was applied with two school administrators from the municipal network. of education in the city of Triunfo-PB. From the analysis of the data, it is possible to highlight that Digital Technologies were a great support for the work of school management during the pandemic. However, they caused some obstacles in view of the difficulties in mastering technological tools and lack of training for the use of technological tools and resources.
